My favorite option is the ability to contact each of their experts individually through email as it allows you to ask specific questions. There’s a clear ‘Responsible Gambling’ heading at the top of the page, which leads you to a center brimming with helpful resources. Why did I take a little off of WSN’s score?
I shaved a tiny amount off of WSN’s customer support score because they don’t offer live chat or a number to call where bettors can get instant support from their team. In such a fast-moving industry, I think it’s important that bettors can get the help they need immediately, so I would love to see them include one of these options in the future.
